A Diesel Injection Service consists of the following:
- New Injector Tips
- Vehicle run on Dyno to check pump
- Setup fueling where applicable
- All Injectors will be reset to Genuine manufacturers specifications
The service will result in:
- Cleaner running
- Better fuel economy
- Better performance
- Reduced pollution levels (less black smoke)
Excessive black smoke is unburnt fuel and contributes to greater wear and tear on the motor.
Small Diesel Engines Injection Servicing (When should you service your injectors?)
- Indirect injection - Every 100,000 kms
- Direct injection - Every 140,000 - 150,000 kms
This is governed by fuel quality.
